Timeline
01 · Intro

Marie Claire Paris Salon, Kadugodi — Beauty. Multi-channel campaign executor, working across Instagram · Website · Email · WhatsApp.

02 · Challenge

Run a consistent monthly offer and content presence for the salon across every channel its clients actually use.

03 · Objective

Keep a recurring monthly offer running end-to-end every month, with content and offer messaging consistent in tone and positioning across channels.

04 · Audience

Salon clients in Kadugodi and Whitefield, Bangalore.

05 · Thinking

A monthly offer only works if it's communicated consistently everywhere a client might see it — landing page, mailer, WhatsApp and social all needed to say the same thing in the right voice for each channel.

06 · Strategy

Owned the account's full monthly offer program, running every month, with strategy fully owned by me. August's edition was the Independence 'Freedom' package.

07 · Execution
  • Built monthly social media content calendars.
  • Wrote landing page copy, mailer copy and WhatsApp messages for the monthly offer, briefing designers and developers directly.
  • Did creative work across placement, tone, messaging, relevance and consistency to keep the account's communications coherent across channels (IMC discipline).
08 · Evidence

Instagram: @marieclaire_kadugodi

09 · Impact
  • A single offer, consistently understood across four different channels and the audiences reached through each one.
10 · What I learned

Consistency across channels takes more deliberate work than consistency within one channel — each one needs its own tone while saying the same thing.

What this demonstrates
  • Multi-channel campaign execution
  • Offer positioning
  • Consistent monthly execution
  • IMC discipline
